HEALTH
I am a competitive athlete who likes to push my mental and physical limits. I've competed in a number of Ironmans (3.8km swim + 180km bike + 42km run), Half Ironmans, duathlons, marathons, half-marathons, and 10km races. I believe that consistency is the key to achieving exceptional results and my goal is to continue challenging my mind and body in various types of events. I have refocused my training to become a Hybrid Athlete, where I train for both strength and endurance. My goal is to focus on "health-span" rather than "lifespan" by focusing on developing four key pillars: diet, sleep, stress, and fitness. I'll be sharing my journey on optimizing my overall health.
2024 Goals:
Marathon - Sub 2 hour 35 minutes
Half-Marathon - Sub 1 hour 15 minutes
Ironman - Sub 10 hour
Qualify for the Boston Marathon (qualifying time 3:05) and New York Marathon (qualifying 2:55)
